Members can get tips and advice to improve their financial wellbeing in a free new factsheet.
Police Mutual, which provides financial services and welfare support to the police service, has produced the factsheet for members to mark Debt Awareness Week, which starts today (23 March).
The guide offers free tips to improve your financial wellbeing and information on where you can get support.
Gwent Police Federation wellbeing lead Annalea Kift said: “Money worries can impact us in many different ways, putting a strain on relationships and even leading to people losing their homes.
“Debt can happen to anyone and it’s not always easy to talk about but this Debt Awareness Week is the ideal chance to do just that.
“Talking about your money worries and knowing you’re not alone can really lift the burden. And even if you don’t have money worries, our financial wellbeing can always be improved,” she added.
